Open Youth Apprenticeship with CAM Pathways (CAMP)

This is a paid, internal apprenticeship with CAM Pathways specifically. It is not an apprenticeship with a business partner. This apprenticeship is specifically focused on project management. In this regard, project management will focus on various projects that will lead to experience components for Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM), Project Management Professional (PMP), instructional design, and Six Sigma blackbelt. Wage growth is determined by attaining specific, outlined competencies.

As a project manager, the apprentice will be expected to show self-determination and an innate desire to expand their own knowledge base. There is an extreme need for flexibility as project managers must be able to listen, review data, and adjust.

As an apprentice, you will be provided with a one-on-one mentor, will be expected to pursue a college degree while in high school (paid for by CAM Pathways) through a third-party, nationally accredited degree program, and will be expected to maintain good standing in school.
