Get Paid, Gain Experience, Earn Your Diploma and Associate's degree at Your Own Pace while still in high school. No set amount of "Seat time", just competency.
It seems that the entire framework of our education system revolves around the classroom. Approaches such as practical exercises, project-based learning, or experiences akin to apprenticeships, which have always been effective, have unfortunately fallen out of popularity. The reasons for this decline are inconsequential. What truly matters is that by shifting away from a personalized approach that fosters learning, as opposed to a production line, our society risks neglecting individuals who are often among the most talented we have. This program aims to cater to those who recognize that while a classroom plays a role in education, it is certainly not the most critical component.
Program Overview
The Academy is a one‑of‑a‑kind experience operated through CAM Pathways, designed for motivated teens who want to create their own future rather than just prepare for it. Students split their time between high‑quality online and partner‑delivered coursework (at their own pace), hands‑on projects, and structured apprenticeships in real workplaces. Every element is organized around clear competencies, so progress is based on mastery instead of seat time. Students are paid for their apprenticeships and, in many cases, get paid from day 1 in the program.
Apprenticeship‑Driven Leadership
Students learn to be better leaders by “walking in the shoes” of the people they will someday lead, taking on authentic responsibilities in ground-floor and growing into supervised apprenticeship roles. Apprenticeships emphasize communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork while exposing learners to project management, customer service, and operations in live environments. As paid team members, students practice leadership from day one while building a professional track record before graduation.
College Credit and Degrees While in High-School
Through partnerships with accredited colleges and training providers, students can complete an associate degree while still in high school and begin work toward a bachelor’s degree. Approved dual‑enrollment and certificate courses carry full college credit, giving graduates a significant head start on higher education at a fraction of the usual time and cost. All coursework is mapped to program competencies so that college learning, apprenticeship experience, and micro‑school requirements reinforce one another.
Industry‑Recognized Certifications While in High-School
The pathway is intentionally built around high‑value certifications, including:
Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) exam preparation and eligibility.
Project Management Professional (PMP) exam preparation for students who meet the experience and education thresholds.
Lean Six Sigma training to build process‑improvement and quality‑management skills.
Customer service and instructional design certificates are delivered through partner programs.
These credentials are selected because they are recognized by employers and align with in‑demand roles across industries.

Earn While You Learn
A core design feature of the leadership academy is that students are paid for eligible apprenticeship work, treating their time and talent as valuable from the start. Compensation is aligned with documented hours, responsibilities, and performance, reinforcing professional expectations and financial literacy. By the time they finish 12th grade, students have both savings and work history to support their next step—whether that is employment, college, or launching their own venture.
